Ordering your custom furniture is easy!

ordering is simple

A refundable $200 deposit is all that's needed to begin your order. With that, we reserve a space on our production schedule for your furniture and loan finish samples to you, either in person or by mail. Prior to your build date, we will finalize the details of your order in writing. We also ask for all finish samples to be returned, along with your selection marked with your name. Since our furniture is custom made, we require payment in full prior to building. We accept checks, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. As we get close to completing your order, we will contact you to provide delivery quotes, if applicable. Prices are the same for everyone, without exception.  We make every effort to keep our website up to date, but prices listed may not reflect current pricing. Prices are subject to change.

Once you have received and inspected your furniture, please contact us. We want to know that you are pleased!  We want the whole experience at Windsor Chairmakers to be positive and fun and hope you'll enjoy your purchases for years to come.

Lifetime Guarantee--Things are simple here in Maine and we try to run our business accordingly. Should you have a problem with our furniture at any time during the lifetime of the original owner due to workmanship or failure of the wood, we will fix it or replace it for free, you just pay for the shipping.
